The Human form we live in has a powerful mind, it drives our thinking and ability to comprehend and remember. The Mind controls our behaviour.

Can we activate additional strengths in our mind and behaviour to improve the way we cope in society and prepare us for relaxation, meditation and difficult situations in life?

Mindfulness is a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations. Connecting the Mind though meditation can be used the make the mind aware of the Dhun and ultimately connect the Mind with self consciousness and the Soul within.

The purpose of this site is to make you aware of what you can do, to be able to achieve an awareness of Mindfulness and the journey to connect the Mind to the Dhun.
