Mindfulness Wisdom

“There is no concentration for those lacking wisdom, there is no wisdom for those lacking concentration.

In whom there is both concentration and wisdom, he indeed is in the presence of nirvana.” – Dhammapada 372 [3]

Mindfulness Light

..there is light at the end of the tunnel

But why travel so far, until the end? When we can see light through mindfulness mediation and attention to the eye centre. At the eye centre the mind connects to the soul and we begin to realise our self consciousness through mindfulness mediation. Though practice we detach ourselves from outward and downward desires and elavate inward and upward to the eye centre. There we see everlasting light within us. It’s in each human being no matter who you are, your age, wealth, position, sex, race or religion.

Mindfulness Grace

Amazing Grace, How sweet the sound, that saved a wretch like me, I once was lost, but now am found, T’was blind but now I see

With Mindfulness Love and Grace we can bring change to the self and to all Mankind. Stop for a moment in this busy world and give a little Love to someone you care for and Grace will come to you.

The secret to Mindfulness living and Mindfulness wellness is to dedicate at least 30mins each day to Mindfulness Meditation. Relax your mind. Through the day you will become more mindful of others, calm, you will cope better when under pressure and be able to avoid stress and conflict. Our Mind has complex matter, which needs to relax form time to time.

A Prayer, for a Mindfulness moment

There is one God, the name is true, the creator, without fear, without hate, timeless & without form, beyond birth and death, self existent, realised by the grace of the true Guru, meditate on the Name, God was true in the timeless beginning, God was true when age began, God is true now, Nanak says, God will evermore be true.

Mool Mantar

Guru Govind dono khade kake lagu paay,Balihari Guru aapki Govind diyo batay.

“If both, Guru and God were to appear at once, whose feet should I touch first? It has to be the Guru’s feet first, because without him, how would I have recognized God?”
